Modern Spine is coming to the Northwest in 2024. We apologize for our delay but we want to provide state-of-the-art spine care and aren’t willing to sacrifice the quality that you deserve. If you need urgent or alternative evaluation in the meantime, please contact your primary care or referring physician or provider to discuss other options. We are in the process of setting up our practice and anticipate opening our doors soon.

Poor previous C3-4 fusion experience from another Dr I had enough miserable pain depression loss of work (7 months off )etc etc i was referred to Dr. Yam and within the first appointment we had a game plan to do acdf C5-6 and as a bonus he removed several bone spurs while he was in there. I was only off work for 60 days this time. I felt so good I was able to pick up my 5 year old daughter which I wasn’t able to do for over a year prior. I’m back to being able to go fishing and bike rides with her now . I can’t say enough good things David hands down is a life saver. Definitely gave me a new perspective on life

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Yam. Two days after my disc replacement surgery and I’m off pain meds and already feeling much better. Dr. Yam explained everything clearly and is certainly an expert in the field of artificial disc replacement. Looking forward to a future without a squished up spinal cord! I was definitely scared going into this, but Dr. Yam and his staff made this an easy and fearless experience.

I had lost height, developed a poor posture, and suffered from increasing back pain. Dr. Yam replaced my lower 5 discs with synthetic discs and pinned and screwed it all together to repair the problem. He did a great job and though it takes awhile to get through the pain and rehab, I am so much better off now.
